Expanded care in Ripley

We are thrilled to now offer two providers for our Ripley-area patients! Thomas McLemore, FNP-C, will join Matthew Granner, PA-C, to treat patients at our Ripley clinic inside Lauderdale Community Hospital.

Thomas McLemore is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Matthew Granner is a certified physician assistant who completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee at Martin. He earned his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Bethel University.

Big changes ahead in Dyersburg

We’re excited to begin our new expansion project at our Dyersburg clinic!

When complete in early spring next year, our clinic will have additional exam rooms, a larger waiting room, and an MRI to accommodate claustrophobic patients. In the meantime, please pardon our construction.
